I made this for Maria's Christmas present. All sewn in a single day - I woke up, started, and didn't stop until a little after midnight. Only took breaks to eat and rested for about an hour. This guy used a whole bag of stuffing! The face gave me a little trouble - if any of you go to sew this, you'll definitely want to make the muzzle more narrow. He looked like a lion before I fixed it.
The pendant on the collar is a Celtic Triquetra, which stands for eternal, unconditional love - the green is for growth and new life. The white wolf is my totem animal and a representation of myself, so a part of me will always be with her. I was happy to see how much she loved her gift. ^^ Faux fur and furry fleece. Probably my best work to date, but like they say, the most beautiful creations are the ones you put your whole heart into. The pattern is from Silver Seams. |
